Sessions Live 2026 – Attendee FAQs

We’ve pulled together answers to the most common questions to help you prepare for Sessions Live 2026.

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email from our event platform inviting you to complete your registration. Please add [email protected] to your address book to ensure this reaches you.

As part of this process, you will:

  • provide your details for badging
  • select your sessions across the programme (including Main Stage, CE workshops and off-site workshops)

 

We recommend completing your registration as soon as possible to secure your preferred sessions, particularly for CE workshops and experiential sessions where capacity is limited.

In-person attendees: Registration opens at 7:30am on Friday, May 15. When you arrive at Pioneer Works, the registration desk will be through the doors to your left, where you will collect your printed badge for Sessions Live 2026.

To help make the process as smooth as possible, please have your personal QR code ready to scan. This can be found in the Sessions Live app by clicking your profile icon and selecting “My Tickets”. Access to the app will be provided shortly before the event

All Sessions Live content, including live sessions and recordings, speaker and sponsor information, and attendee Q&A and chat features, can be accessed through the Sessions Live app, available via desktop or mobile. Access to the app will be provided shortly before the event

To log in:

  • Open the platform on your device
  • Enter the email address you used when registering for Sessions Live 2026
  • Check your email for a one-time password (OTP)
  • Enter the OTP in the platform to log in

Once you’re logged in, the event will appear and you can follow the prompts to customise your profile and settings.

Please note: While sessions can be accessed on both desktop and mobile, many attendees find desktop provides the best viewing experience.

Yes! This special session provides an essential overview of the event, along with practical guidance to help you navigate Sessions Live with clarity and intention. You can watch the recording here

No. The Sessions Live app is web-based, so all you need is a reliable internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Once logged in, sessions can be accessed directly from the Schedule. Access to the app will be provided shortly before the event

All sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET). If you’re joining us from a different location, you can choose to display sessions in your local time zone within the Sessions Live app by updating your profile settings.

In-person attendees: Yes, for CE-accredited sessions. A member of our team will scan your badge as you enter to record attendance and help manage room capacity.

Virtual attendees: No action is required. Your attendance will be recorded automatically when you join a livestream in the Sessions Live app.

Session slides will not be available in advance. Where slides are provided, they can be downloaded once the session begins.

To access them, select a session from the Schedule in the Sessions Live app and click the “Downloads” button. Please note that not all sessions will include downloadable slides.

In-person attendees: You’ll be able to ask questions during designated Q&A segments using the microphones provided in the room. Please wait for the speaker or moderator to invite questions before speaking.

Virtual attendees: You can submit questions directly via the live chat while watching a session. Our moderator will gather questions throughout and share them with the speakers during the Q&A.

To help create space for as many voices as possible, we ask that questions are kept concise and that promotional content is avoided (particularly during CE sessions).

If you experience any issues during a session or while using the platform, you can use the “Contact Support” option in the Help section of the Sessions Live app.

Live support will be available during conference hours. Outside of these times, your message will be directed to our customer support team at [email protected].

You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on Sessions Live 2026—including sessions, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors—through a post-event survey that will be emailed to all attendees.

Yes. A general floor plan, including all conference spaces, will be available in the Sessions Live app to help you find your way around.

If you need assistance during the event—whether for accessibility support, lost items, or general queries—please visit the registration desk in the North Hall. A member of our team will be happy to help.

Lunch will be provided on both days of the event for all in-person attendees.

If you have purchased a separate ticket to the VIP dining experience with Esther Perel, food and drinks will also be provided on the evening of Friday, May 15.

In-person attendees are responsible for arranging all other meals, including breakfast and dinner. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be available during the catered portions of the event.

Yes—both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to session recordings for 90 days after the event via the Sessions Live app. This allows you to revisit sessions or catch anything you may have missed.

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for in-person, virtual, or dining experience tickets.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified and given the option to transfer your ticket or receive a refund.

Lunch will be served in the garden each day at Pioneer Works, with food curated from independent Red Hook vendors celebrating the creativity and character of the local neighbourhood.
Inspired by the theme of Desire, the menu explores craving, pleasure and gathering around food.

Sessions Live 2026 takes place on Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16. Programming runs from approximately 9:30am to 6:00pm (ET) each day.

The full and most up-to-date schedule will be available in the Sessions Live app ahead of the event. Please note that timings are subject to change.

Yes. All sessions at Sessions Live 2026 require advance registration for both in-person and virtual attendees.

You will receive an email closer to the event with instructions on how to browse the schedule and select your sessions.

Yes. All sessions taking place in the Main Hall and Dustin Yellin Studio will be streamed live in the Sessions Live app.

Please note that lunches, evening events, and embodiment sessions during breaks will not be available virtually unless otherwise specified.

Sessions Live 2026 will take place at Pioneer Works and Dustin Yellin’s studio in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Pioneer Works is an artist- and scientist-led nonprofit cultural centre that brings together the visual and performing arts, technology, music, and science in a unique and inspiring setting.

Our CE-accredited workshops and VIP dining experience will take place at Dustin Yellin’s nearby studio—an industrial space where art, ideas, and innovation come together.

Two experiential workshops on Day 1 will take place at Strong Rope Brewery, also located in Red Hook and a short walk from the main venue.

Yes. In-person attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.

We recommend the following nearby hotels:

Yes. There is free street parking available in the surrounding area, including nearby streets such as Imlay Street and King Street.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees to access the Sessions Live app, download materials, and take notes during the event.

Yes. Pioneer Works is an accessible venue. If you have specific requirements, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can support you where possible.

Yes. All livestreamed and recorded sessions will include closed captioning.

Yes. Sessions Live 2026 is designed to create meaningful opportunities for connection, both formally and informally.

In-person attendees will be able to connect during breaks, shared meals, and dedicated social moments.

Virtual attendees can engage through chat, Q&A, and other interactive features within the Sessions Live app.

The VIP dining experience is now sold out.

Yes — continuing education is a core part of Sessions Live 2026, and we’re pleased to offer CE credits for both in-person and virtual attendees.

This activity has been planned and implemented in partnership with Pinnacle Conference, LLC and EPGM, LLC. Pinnacle Conference, LLC is jointly accredited by the ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Up to 8 CE hours will be available across eligible sessions, with accreditation offered through the following bodies:

  • Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (AMA PRA Category 1™)
  • American Psychological Association (APA)
  • Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB-ACE)
  • Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE)

 

Eligible sessions will be clearly marked in the Schedule, and attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance for each session they complete.

Participants from other professional backgrounds, including licensed counsellors and marriage and family therapists, may request an AMA PRA Category 1™ participation certificate indicating earned hours, which may be submitted to individual licensing boards where applicable.

CE credit is available for eligible sessions only, which will be clearly marked in the Schedule.

For live sessions (in person or virtual):

  • Attend the session
  • Your attendance will be tracked automatically (via badge scanning or platform viewing)
  • At the end of each day, you will receive a link to complete your evaluation
  • Select the sessions you attended and submit your evaluation

 

Once your attendance has been verified, your certificate will be issued. Please allow 2–3 weeks following the event.

Yes. You can still claim CE credit by watching eligible sessions on demand after the event.

On-demand sessions and CE access will be made available shortly after the event, and we’ll notify you as soon as they are ready.

  • Access the session recording in the Sessions Live app
  • Use the CE link provided in the session description
  • Complete the post-test and evaluation
  • Submit your responses — your certificate will be issued upon successful completion

To claim CE credit, you must complete the required steps for each eligible session.

For live sessions, this includes verified attendance and completion of the evaluation.

On-demand recordings will be available immediately after the event, with CE links made available shortly after.

For on-demand sessions, this includes watching the recording and completing the required post-test and evaluation.

Only sessions you attend live or complete on demand are eligible for credit.

Please use the same email address as your event registration when completing your evaluation.

Live session certificates may take up to 2–3 weeks to be issued following attendance verification.

On-demand session certificates are typically issued shortly after successful completion of the post-test and evaluation.

Recordings will be available for 90 days after the event.

CE credit for on-demand sessions can be claimed for up to 3 years.
